Description

It was such a treat to finally see the movie on the big screen and it’s a cinema visit that I will never forget. What sets “ Enter the Dragon” apart is its unique blend of action, philosophy, and breathtaking martial arts choreography. An exclusive, brand-new pre-recorded video introduction from Shannon Lee, daughter of Bruce Lee and CEO of the Bruce Lee Foundation, will welcome audiences ahead of screenings. The set will feature both the theatrical and original Special Edition cuts remastered in glorious 4K UHD. A spy film in the style of a James Bond adventure, Lee plays a secret agent who infiltrates a martial-arts tournament on an exotic island to take down a criminal mastermind.

Warner will soon be releasing the Enter the Dragon 50th Anniversary Ultimate Collector’s Edition on 4K UHD. Beyond its adrenaline-fueled action, the movie also explores deeper themes such as honour, revenge, and the power of self-mastery. In an era when blockbusters revolve around IP and on-screen heroes who wish to look invincible, Lee achieved immortality in his own way.He still electrifies and jumps off the screen, and is just so badass," Shannon Lee says of her father’s performance in Enter the Dragon. His unparalleled skill and unparalleled presence on the big screen ensure that he will always be remembered as a true legend in the world of cinema. Released just days after Lee’s tragic death, Enter the Dragon remains an electrifying tour-de-force on the big screen that has not been replicated since. Enter the Dragon was ostensibly directed by Robert Clouse, but in nearly every way, it is a Bruce Lee movie. Determined to avenge the death of his sister, Lee penetrates Han's Stronghold and enters the brutal martial arts tournament Han is staging.

The producers and the director of the film were sort of dismissive of him,” Shannon reflects, “I don’t think they thought of him as a creative. I don’t think it’s anyone’s right to recreate my father’s image, voice, likeness, movements, and say that it’s him without very stringent guidelines,” Shannon says.Tasked with uncovering the criminal activities of the enigmatic Han, Lee finds himself entangled in a dangerous web of deceit, betrayal, and intense combat. There are several actions that could trigger this block including submitting a certain word or phrase, a SQL command or malformed data. Released in 1973, this movie solidified Bruce Lee’s status as an iconic figure in both the world of martial arts and cinema. JJ Bona on Jake Gyllenhaal goes full on Jackie Chan in the Trailer for Doug Liman’s ‘Road House’ also starring Conor McGregor lol Just watch where you say that. Recruited by an intelligence agency, martial arts student Lee (Lee–Fists of Fury, The Chinese Connection) participates in a brutal tournament at a remote island fortress in an attempt to gather enough evidence to convict the international drug-trafficker responsible for the murder of Lee’s sister.

Andrew Hernandez on Jake Gyllenhaal goes full on Jackie Chan in the Trailer for Doug Liman’s ‘Road House’ also starring Conor McGregor This actually looks like a quality production! Enter The Dragon has always been a movie that I have loved, it’s the movie that introduced me to Lee’s previous work which I also became a big fan of. The first time I saw the movie it took my breath away and I was fascinated by how fast Bruce Lee moved when the fighting scenes came on it’s still something that gives me a wow moment watching the movie so many times over the years. Now, nearly all major action films, from John Wick to Captain America, pride themselves on similarly realistic choreography.
